Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide information about products and services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Assist with resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting
Strong communication skills with a focus on sales and customer support
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Experience in a call center or client services role is a plus

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
