Role: Senior Network Engineer/Architect Location: Brea, CA (Onsite or remote needs to travel to Europe as required within 6months) The Team You will join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, responsible for designing, maintaining, and securing the enterprise network infrastructure that supports global operations. The team delivers reliable connectivity across on-premises environments and multi-cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, while maintaining strong security standards. Working with advanced networking and security technologies such as Cisco, VeloCloud SD-WAN, Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ISE, and Zero Trust architectures, the team ensures high availability, secure connectivity, and optimal performance for global business systems. The Role As a Senior Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. You will play a critical role in maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing networks while supporting global connectivity and business operations. Key responsibilities include: Design, plan, and maintain secure and cost-effective corporate network infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Implement and manage WAN, LAN, and datacenter networking solutions with a strong emphasis on security and reliability. Lead network projects across their full lifecycle, from evaluation and architecture design to configuration and deployment. Implement Zero Trust security architectures to reduce attack surfaces and prevent unauthorized access. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide rapid resolution. Perform network assessments and optimization initiatives to enhance performance and resilience. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen the enterprise network architecture. Maintain accurate network documentation including configurations, diagrams, and procedures. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience supporting large-scale environments. Strong expertise in WAN technologies including SD-WAN and QoS. Advanced experience with network security technologies, including: Palo Alto (Panorama, Global Protect, Distributed User-ID) F5 configuration and troubleshooting Cisco ISE (802.1x, TACACS+, IoT, Guest access) Cisco ASA with VPN implementation PKI infrastructure Zscaler experience is desirable Wireless networking expertise including Cisco WLC, 802.1x authentication, MAB, and Flex Connect deployments. Datacentres networking experience with Cisco Nexus and VMware vSphere environments. Experience designing and supporting networks across AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Proven ability to design, configure, and administer large-scale enterprise networks. Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent expertise preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is a plus.
