Fullstack Engineer (Web3)

As a Fullstack Engineer at Kiln, you will join our Software Development Team, composed of 14 engineers split into 4 squads, to build the future of our SaaS/API-first products [https://docs.kiln.fi/v1/]. You will report to our Lead Software Engineer, and collaborate with the Product, Infrastructure and Smart-Contract teams to work on the various products that Kiln offers.Responsibilities:Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.Be an active contributor within the Fullstack squad owning Kiln user-facing products (Dashboard, Widget).Design, develop and implement new features :70% frontend (e.g. using our design system to build new features or adding new components to it…).30% backend (e.g. implement the transaction crafting part for a new protocol…).Participate in code review, test and CI/CD processes, bug fixing, and code maintenance.Interact with customers for debugging purposes and product discovery.Make sure we respect any software security norms (Kiln is a SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 company).Actively suggest continuous improvement of Kiln's platform and engineering practices.Communicate with other Kiln teams to help them understand the Software roadmap and technical challenges.Stack: TypeScript, React, PHP, Laravel, REST APIOther engineering stacks: Software (Golang); Smart contract (Solidity); Infrastructure (Kubernetes)Requirements:+3 years of experience as a Software Engineer (Backend, Frontend, or Fullstack), designing, building, and deploying user-facing and API-based products.Proven TypeScript and React programming skills — professional experience in a production environment.Familiar with software development best practices (Test, CI/CD, DevOps, Security…).Previous experience collaborating in a team-based development environment is required (sprints, code reviews, standups, problem-solving sessions).Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through.Ability to balance between impact and thoroughness in a fast-paced environment.Experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, or proven personal experience (eg.
