Fullstack Developer (Backend focused) (H/F)
About the position As a Fullstack Developer, you will help shape an innovative AdTech platform and its ecosystem: high-traffic architecture, data intelligence, automation, and operational excellence. Your impact will be measured both in product performance and in the evolution of our technical practices. About the Tech Team The current tech team is made up of 14 people, all Golang developers, 10 Fullstack(Go + TS), 1 Frontend Developer, and 4 Data Engineers (Big Data, TensorFlow), who are jointly responsible for the quality of the code and the platform. Each development and technical choice must validate the following 2 criteria: • KISS : simple, elegant solutions, with a limited number of proven technologies, to avoid technological and human silos, ensure maintainability over time and onboarding of new members. • LEAN : solutions that are quick to develop, inexpensive to operate, scalable just enough to meet future deadlines and deliver maximum value Your responsibilities Under the Shape Up framework, you will undertake the following responsibilities. This approach ensures that all tasks are approached with clear objectives and well-defined outcomes, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. • Design, develop and maintain features end-to-end • ️ Improve performance, scalability & system robustness • Work closely with Product, UX & Data teams • Contribute to automated testing (unit/E2E), monitoring & alerting to ensure responsiveness and efficiency • Support deployment and ensure reliability post-release • Designing database schema. • Contributing to the improvement of best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software • ️ Create security and data protection settings • Write technical documentation • Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software ️ About our Tech Stack • High traffic, Big data • Golang, Goyave framework, GORM • PostgreSQL, Redis, BigQuery, Airflow • Google Cloud Run, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Cloudflare, Datadog • TypeScript, Vue.js 3, Pinia, Tailwind CSS, Vite • Crossfilter, ECharts, Metabase, Deepnote ⚙️ We use the following tools in our day to day activities : Slack, Figma, Figjam, Shortcut, Postman, Tandem, Notion (+Mermaid).
