We’re a Shopify beauty brand hiring a full-time, hands-on Facebook / Meta Ads expert to own and manage our ad account. This is a full-time role, not a freelance or agency engagement. We are looking for one independent media buyer who has personally managed high-spend accounts and wants to focus on a single brand. About Us Shopify-based beauty brand Averaged $350K+/month in Meta ad spend over the past 2 years Recently declined to ~$150K/month Goal: stabilize, recover, and scale back to $300K+/month+ This role requires someone who has navigated scale, volatility, and recovery before.WhoThis Role Is For A senior Meta buyer who: Has personally managed $300K+/month+ in spend Is comfortable owning results end-to-end Wants a full-time role focused on one brand Strong Shopify eCommerce experience required Beauty / skincare experience strongly preferred Responsibilities Full day-to-day ownership of Facebook / Instagram ad performance Direct access to the Meta ad account with authority to execute and optimize Ongoing collaboration with the brand owner, including feedback and insight on key decisions Diagnosing performance declines and rebuilding stability at scale Structuring, testing, and scaling campaigns toward $300K+/month+ Managing creative testing, iteration, and fatigue in collaboration with the team Clear communication around performance, learnings, and next actionsThis is a long-term, full-time opportunity for a senior operator who wants ownership, collaboration with the brand owner, and the chance to scale a meaningful account.Apply tot his job
