Key Responsibilities
 Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary.
 Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
 Validate information supplied by third-party sources using online databases.
 Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training.
 Conduct data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
 Achieve timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks.
 Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required.
Required Skills
 A readiness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
 Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
 Adaptability and flexibility, with a talent for navigating changes in processes and information.
 Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
 Proficiency in computer usage is preferred.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
 Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the capability to start immediately.
 Ability to maintain a reliable work-from-home environment, including a stable internet connection.
