This is a fully remote position. We have exciting opportunities for customer service professionals to join our growing Customer Service Representative team. We are hiring for openings for our shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST. This person will possess organizational skills, proficiency with computer systems and the capacity to work both autonomously and in a team environment, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ΓΒ Provides prompt and considerate service to all customers.
ΓΒ Ensures that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time.
ΓΒ Maintains performance levels to specified goals.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
ΓΒ High School Diploma or GED
ΓΒ 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES
ΓΒ Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices.
ΓΒ Skills in operating computers.
ΓΒ Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily.
REMOTE
This is a remote position with various work locations.
This position pays $15/hr.
