 Play an integral role in achieving the team s daily, monthly, and annual sales objectives.
 Regularly update and manage sales reporting systems.
 Organize and lead weekly sales meetings, ensuring a structured agenda and fostering collaboration within the team.
 Manage and update sales channels and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
 Outstanding communication skills, with a strong command of English, as interaction with US clients is essential.
 An enthusiastic, approachable, and energetic personality with a sincere commitment to delivering exceptional service.
 Foundational knowledge of sales principles and customer service methodologies.
 Familiarity with the marketing mix and the capability to analyze market research and consumer behavior.
 Proficient in creating spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics, including managing email campaigns and maintaining marketing materials.
Qualifications
 A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is expected.
 Experience in a sales or customer service capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
