In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via live chat, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our construction services, project timelines, and pricing.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to our services or website.
- Document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
