Full-Time Remote Health Coach forChronic Illness Clients(40hr/week, English First Language Required) - Contract to Hire

Job Description: Megan’s Miracle Studio is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent Full-Time Health Coach to join our remote team. We serve individuals healing from Morgellons, Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and autoimmune conditions, offering personalized wellness products, detox protocols, and heartfelt guidance. As a health coach, you’ll be on the front lines of client care—empathetically helping clients feel supported, safe, and heard. You’ll provide clear instructions, emotional reassurance, and logistical support every step of the way. You must be confident, calm, and capable of managing both health coaching and customer care responsibilities, CRM and smooth workflow, in a high-touch, high-trust environment. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to clients via text, email, and phone using Megan’s warm, validating, and encouraging tone. • Guide clients through our protocols, including at-home supplement routines, detox tasks, and skin injection support. • Answer product questions, provide usage instructions, and send links to external tools and marked-up photo guides. • Use Heymarket or Respond.io to manage all client communication efficiently. • Record all phone calls and upload them to Fireflies.ai after each conversation. • Schedule onboarding calls and progress updates for senior coaches • Edit customer orders when needed (e.g., substitutions, address changes). • Send order updates, tracking info, or out-of-stock notices using Shopify or email/text. • Communicate with shipping couriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) if packages are lost, delayed, or returned. • Create and send Shopify invoices, and become familiar with all product pricing and bundles. • Use AI-generated drafts to speed up and enhance message quality. • Log detailed notes on client symptoms, needs, and concerns. Additional Requirements: • Ability to mark up images for client instruction (injection sites, patch placement, etc.). • Basic understanding of holistic health, fascia/lymphatic systems, and the 12 meridians. • Willingness to learn and improve over time, including evolving how you respond to clients and adapting your workflow as our tools evolve. • Comfort and confidence in helping clients complete complex tasks even when they’re afraid or overwhelmed. ‍⚕️ Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting individuals with chronic illness, mold toxicity, Lyme, MCAS, or autoimmune disease. • Prior experience in virtual customer support; confidence in seamless workflow and utilization of CRM important • Prior work guiding clients in injections, detox routines, or supplement usage is a big plus. • Native English speaker with exceptional written grammar and professional phone manner. • Fast typing speed, with the ability to think clearly under pressure. • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Fireflies.ai, Airtable, Google Drive, AI tools, and markup apps. • Organized, dependable, and emotionally grounded.
