Responsibilities
 Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
 Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors.
 Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
 Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
 Maintain accurate records of property operations, including leases, contracts, and maintenance requests.
 Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available properties through upselling techniques.
 Collaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure all documentation is compliant with local laws and regulations.
 Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and potential clients.
Experience
 Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
 Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Excellent negotiation skills with experience in handling contracts effectively.
 Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property maintenance practices is desirable.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
