 Assisting guests in resolving challenges encountered while staying at a hotel
 Making appropriate selections of rooms and promoting hotel services would be an essential part of upgrading guest experiences
 Coordinates guest room allocations and assigns team members to assist guests with their luggage
 Guests will enjoy a warm greeting and welcome packet upon arrival, offering room keys, tokens of gratitude, and other special gifts
Qualification of Front Desk Representative:
 Completed high school certificate or equivalent
 Positive attitude and good communication skills
 Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
 Excellent grooming standards
 Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
