What You'll Do:
ΓΒ Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements
ΓΒ Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate vendor records
ΓΒ Reconcile credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies
ΓΒ Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
ΓΒ Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed
Requirements:
ΓΒ Ability to work on a schedule of Monday-Friday 9-5 EST
ΓΒ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ΓΒ 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
ΓΒ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
ΓΒ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
ΓΒ Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Drive, etc)
ΓΒ Autonomous
ΓΒ Have a laptop
ΓΒ Have internet access at home (this job is remote)
