What We Offer: Direct access to live tour requests , often from buyers looking to tour within 24 hours. Inbound leads from top channel partners like Zillow Flex - ready-to-go connections. A generous 80% starting commission split on your personal sphere deals. Access to a streamlined CRM, full marketing support , and a culture built on collaboration. Ongoing mentorship and coaching , including weekly deep-dive sessions with leadership. A results-driven, no-fluff training system that helps agents of all experience levels become confident conversion pros.
What We’re Looking For: Full-time, licensed agents in Georgia. Go-getters with strong follow-up skills and a passion for helping others. Individuals who want to learn, grow, and earn — not just hang their license. A tech-friendly mindset and willingness to adapt to modern systems.
Responsibilities: Follow up with inbound leads and schedule showings quickly and efficiently. Conduct buyer and seller consultations to assess needs and build trust. Guide clients through transactions from offer to close. Stay up to date on local market trends and community developments. Keep CRM and lead activity updated with notes and client progress.
Qualifications: Active Georgia real estate license (or currently in process) Previous sales experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and time management Tech-comfortable and CRM-proficient Hungry, humble, and ready to grow
