Full-Time Private Cook | $90,000$100,000 per Year | Charlestown, MA (Summer in Westford, MA + Travel) A warm and health-conscious family of four in Charlestown, MA is seeking a full-time private cook to prepare fresh, flavorful, and highly personalized meals. Both parents work from home, and the household is calm, respectful, and collaborative. The position begins ASAP. Schedule : MondayFriday, 9:30 AM5:30 PM Travel : • JuneAugust: Must work at the familys second home in Westford, MA • 12 domestic or international trips per year (12 weeks each) Responsibilities • Daily preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner (served or prepped), green smoothies or juices, healthy snacks, and weekly menu planning. • The cook will grocery shop at preferred stores (Whole Foods, Indian markets, local farms) • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, and occasionally prepare meals for small gatherings. • Follow family recipes when requested and adjust meals based on feedback or dietary needs. • Cook family-supplied recipes when requested • Adapt meals based on feedback, preferences, and allergies • Must be professional, adaptable, kind and highly respectful of both culinary hygiene and household dynamics The ideal candidate is skilled in a range of global cuisinesAsian, Thai, Italian, Indian, Moroccan, Mexican, Caribbeanand passionate about clean, nutritious food made from organic, non-GMO, antibiotic-free, and seed-oil-free ingredients. The familys diet is about 80% plant-based and 20% poultry/seafood. Applicants must have extensive cooking experience, a valid drivers license, and their own vehicle for commuting and errands. Prior private cooking experience is preferred.
