As a Physical Therapist at Woodside Health and Wellness, you’ll assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in an outpatient, inpatient, or home health setting. Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and limitations
- Design and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
- Educate patients and caregivers on home care and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Track patient progress and adapt care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, OT/PTA, and support staff
