What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1-2 years of customer service experience or related guest-focused engagement
? Call center experience in a fast-paced setting
? Excellent computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
? High School diploma or GED required
? Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
? Spanish speaking skills are a plus

? Previous experience in a healthcare-related service
? Bilingual in Spanish and English
