We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills and a solid understanding of property management practices. Responsibilities
? Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors.
? Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
? Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
? Maintain accurate records of property operations, including leases, contracts, and maintenance requests.
? Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available properties through upselling techniques.
? Collaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure all documentation is compliant with local laws and regulations.
? Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and potential clients.
Experience
? Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
? Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Excellent negotiation skills with experience in handling contracts effectively.
? Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property maintenance practices is desirable.
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
