Full Time LPN
Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our patients and support the overall functioning of our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.

Assist with patient assessments and development of care plans.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Assist with training and supervision of nursing assistants and other staff members.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
