-Schedule appointments for clients using our online booking system and ensure accurate calendar management.
-Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance and addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
-Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
-Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Administrative Support:
-Assist with administrative tasks such as managing client intake forms, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
