Tons Of Phones is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'l be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing top-notch support through our online chat platform. Key Responsibilities
?espond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
?rovide accurate information about Tons Of Phones'roducts, services, and promotions.
?roubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
?aintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.
?rack and document customer interactions using the company? CRM system.
?eet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
?revious experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
?trong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
?bility to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
?roficiency with chat software and CRM systems is a plus.
? reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
