Job Summary As a Full-Time Housekeeper with Crothall Healthcare, you will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties to maintain the hospital's facilities in a clean and orderly manner. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service will ensure that our patients and visitors feel cared for and supported during their stay. Key Responsibilities Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors to maintain a clean and safe environment. Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies to ensure a tidy and dust-free space. Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Cleans metal fixtures and fittings, empties and cleans trash containers, and disposes of trash in a sanitary manner. Makes up beds and changes linens as required, realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout. Responds to guest queries and requests, and addresses housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses. Contributes to team efforts, exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Essential and Preferred Qualifications No experience is necessary for this role, as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, you should be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Skills and Competencies Attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
