The job duties include responsibility for assuring food safety and for food quality for SRO products.
Your Day to Day
Ā Preparing, sorting and interpreting data in an organized manner so entries can be efficiently made. This would include matching assemblies with batch tickets.
Ā Closing Batch Tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower).
Ā Ability to read all product formulas, building sheets and bill of materials.
Ā Understands units of measure
Ā Understands the significance of accurate reporting and data entry.
Ā Clarifying missing information by contacting document author.
Ā Maintaining current tracking system and update existing system to meet future requirements.
Ā Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product(s).
Ā Adheres to PPE requirements as required.
Ā Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ā Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required.
Ā Associate degree or equivalent.
Ā Minimum of 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in mid to large size corporate environments highly preferred.
Ā Minimum of one year of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ā Experience effectively managing the recruiting process for a load of at least 30-50 open positions at any given time.
Ā Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ā Prior experience in manufacturing
