FULL TIME Customer Service / Appt Setter for Spas - Phone & Chat - Contract to Hire
Spa & Salon Academy is a marketing agency specializing in getting clients for spas and beauty salons in the US and Canada.
Due to our rapid growth, we're looking for a virtual customer service representative / booking agent with strong sales skills to join our team and help book appointments for our clients. We strive to deliver amazing results for our clients and we're looking for a new team member who takes pride in her work and is an A-player.
Responsibilities:
-calling (warm) leads and booking an appointment for them using the spas' booking system
-answering inbound calls
-customer support via text and phone
-providing excellent customer service
We're looking for you if:
-you have min. 1 year of experience in appointment setting / customer service / telemarketing / cold calling
-strong sales skills
-you are fluent in English (written and oral)
-you have excellent communication skills
-you're organized, detail oriented and customer centered
-can work under pressure, can take responsibility for reaching targets and likes fast-paced work environments
-you have reliable Internet connection and have a quiet work space
-you can work FULL TIME, Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day (11am-7pm US Eastern time)
-looking for a long-term work opportunity
