Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items and keep customers informed about available deals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
Must possess verbal and written communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion
Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role
Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry
