Our journey is starting with Lebanon, where we’re launching our secondhand fashion marketplace. Fashion in the region is growing fast, but sustainable and accessible options remain limited. We believe the solution is secondhand fashion, not as a compromise, but as a smarter, more conscious way to shop.

⭐ THE ROLE

Social Media:

- Managing all social media platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest

- Content planning

- Ensuring cohesive storytelling and branding across all platforms

- Staying constantly up to date with trends in fashion and digital marketing

- Understanding and leveraging platform algorithms to maximize reach

Content Creation:

- Creative ideation

- Organizing and managing content shoots

- Editing visuals and content (static/animated/videos)

- Writing captions and copy

- Organizing and managing content shoots

⭐ PROFILE & SKILLS

This role is for someone who thrives in startup environments and enjoys building things from scratch.

We’re looking for a leader who:

- Takes ownership and treats DOORA as their own

- Balances creativity with performance and data

- Strong creative eye with hands-on content creation skills

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Extremely proactive, reliable, and versatile

- Understands regional culture and consumer behavior

- Speaks Arabic, English and French Fluently

- Very comfortable with Excel, Adobe Suite and Canva
