Hours: Mon–Thurs 1:30PM–9/10PM MST, Fri 1:30PM–5PM MST
Compensation: Paid Training + Commission (No Cap)
About the Role:
We're looking for a proven high-ticket sales closer to join our remote team. You'll handle live, qualified leads, follow up with prospects, and close high-value deals—no cold outreach required.
What You’ll Do:
• Pitch warm, pre-set appointments
• Manage your follow-ups and CRM notes
• Track and hit revenue KPIs consistently
• Close offers averaging $5,700 per ticket
Training & Pay:
• Paid training (~$1,000 for 50 hours)
• Commission-only post-training
• OTE: $100K+ with no earning ceiling
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of B2C phone/Zoom closing experience
• Closed high-ticket deals ($3,000+)
• Commission was 50%+ of your income last year
• Held no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years
• At least one role with 2+ years of tenure
• Performance recognition within the last 2 years
• Tech-savvy: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), VOIP phone systems
• Not a fit if you’ve only done customer service or account management
