Full Time Call Center Sales Rep

Remote Full-time
• The prime duty is out-bound call selling to solicit orders for goods or services
• Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtaining customer information as needed
• Analyze data to identify Top Spenders, Frequency of orders, Inactive/lost consumers for soliciting sales
• Be a reliable source for consumer information that is delivered to management team
• Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers
• Understanding of confidentiality with client information
• Maintaining details of telephonic communications and interactions of accounts, orders, and payments
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Process orders
• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints/technical issues
• Respond to emails
• Comply with all policies and procedures as instructed by the organization
• Always represent the company with complete professionalism using telephone etiquette skills. Take proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend potential or current customers
• Act as a team player while working with co-workers and setting goals
• Comply with all policies and procedures as instructed by MC Management
• Follow safety awareness and accident prevention guidelines
• Company Brand Expert: JR Cigars, Serious Cigars, Cigars.com
• Handle Inbound calls

Experience

Required
• 2 year(s): Must have 2 years of High End Sales in a Call Center Environment
