The Role
We’re looking for an animator to help produce high-quality animations in After Effects (and Blender where applicable) for documentary-style YouTube videos.
This is not a simple editing role or a casual freelance gig. You should already understand core After Effects fundamentals, including motion and timing, keyframing and easing, masking, effects, transitions, basic compositing, and visual clarity. Experience creating map-based animations with GeoLayers 3 is required.
What matters most is a strong willingness to improve, advance your skills, and steadily raise your animation quality over time.

- Basic experience in Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with motion fundamentals (keyframes, easing, masking)
