What You’ll Build As a Full Stack Engineer , you’ll architect and scale the systems that power The Flex — from frictionless guest journeys to automated check-ins, cleaning logistics, and predictive pricing . You’ll work across the stack and across borders, turning complex real estate challenges into clean, elegant, and scalable code. You won’t just ship features — you’ll engineer efficiency , eliminate bottlenecks, and shape the backbone of the future of intelligent rental operations. ⚙️ Your Mission Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance web applications that power bookings, payments, and automation workflows. Automate Everything – Design AI-driven scripts and microservices to remove repetitive operational tasks. Integrate Intelligently – Build and optimize APIs connecting Base360.ai with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio. Ship Fast, Scale Smart – Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless) and ensure rapid, reliable deployments. Solve Problems That Matter – Tackle challenges like global booking synchronization, predictive pricing, and live operational alerts. Collaborate Deeply – Partner with product, operations, and data teams to bring automation from code to the real world. You’re a Great Fit If You Have Strong experience with Node.js , React , and AWS (serverless stack preferred). Expertise in designing and scaling API-first architectures . Familiarity with FastAPI/Python for automation and data pipelines (a plus). A passion for clean, efficient, and production-grade systems.
