Full-Stack Mobile Web Developer (React Native / Next.js) – Healthcare Platform

PalmState Health is expanding its healthcare technology platform and is looking for a strong full-stack developer to join our development team focused on mobile and web application development.

This is NOT a beginner role.

We are looking for developers who are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and can take ownership of implementation, problem-solving, and shipping production-ready systems.

PalmState Health is being built on top of existing infrastructure from DentalScan, an established healthcare technology platform with active development, nationwide positioning, and existing frontend/backend systems already in place.

The primary focus of this role will be the continued development and refinement of the Patient App and Provider App for both mobile and web-based usage.

Tech Stack

Required experience with:

• React Native

• Expo

• Responsive UI implementation

• Git/GitHub workflows

• Video calling systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Patient App and Provider App

• Implement responsive mobile and web interfaces

• Work with existing backend infrastructure and APIs

• Transform finalized Figma/UI designs into production-ready applications

• Optimize performance and stability across devices

• Collaborate with the team on architecture, QA, and deployment

• Participate in daily updates and milestone-based development cycles
