Full Stack JavaScript Developer

This is a remote position.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating seamless, efficient, and robust web applications. As a team lead, you will guide and mentor a small team of developers, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain the highest standards of software quality.Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Lead backend development efforts, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with other team leads and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.
Communicate effectively with non-technical staff, including providing clear and concise technical documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
Proficient in backend development with Node.js and experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Strong front-end development skills using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience leading a development team or managing projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Passionate about coding and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
