Full-Stack Engineer (Remote)

As a Zenlaw Full-Stack Engineer you will: • Develop new features working with cross-functional squads, within a distributed team • Use creative thinking - we are building most of our features from scratch and our product is unique • Solve complex, but fun, technical problems • Actively partner with our tech team to learn from each other and make well-rounded solutions We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role • Experience with Golang • Familiarity with Object-Relation Mapping framework (ideally GORM) • Advanced knowledge in ReactJS, Redux, and MUI • Be genuinely interested in technology and love to try new things • Tackle complex problems but also consider multiple solutions, weigh them, and decide on the best course of action • Thrive on providing and receiving transparent but always constructive feedback • Consider multiple quality dimensions like user impact, failure tolerance, code maintenance, implementation time, security breaches, and performance Bonus skills: • DevOps (docker, kubernetes) • MLOps • Python (machine learning, Natural Language Processing, string manipulation) You care about: • Ownership: you easily communicate ideas, implement them, and take responsibility for your actions • Helping others: sharing knowledge with your colleagues is on top of your priorities • Fast-paced startups: you love adapting to different situations, and you know how and when to iterate fast and with high quality • Our product: you believe in our vision, and are willing to give your best to build the future of Zenlaw What we offer you: • Entrepreneurial responsibility and flat-hierarchies • Ownership of your work • Position 100% remote • Open-minded variety of nationalities • A collaborative, open workplace • Team Events This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.
