Full-Stack Engineer

As a Zenlaw Full-Stack Engineer you will: Develop new features working with cross-functional squads, within a distributed team Use creative thinking - we are building most of our features from scratch and our product is unique Solve complex, but fun, technical problems Actively partner with our tech team to learn from each other and make well-rounded solutions We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field At least 2 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role Experience with Golang Familiarity with Object-Relation Mapping framework (ideally GORM) Advanced knowledge in ReactJS, Redux, and MUI Be genuinely interested in technology and love to try new things Tackle complex problems but also consider multiple solutions, weigh them, and decide on the best course of action Thrive on providing and receiving transparent but always constructive feedback Consider multiple quality dimensions like user impact, failure tolerance, code maintenance, implementation time, security breaches, and performance Bonus skills: DevOps (docker, kubernetes) MLOps Python (machine learning, Natural Language Processing, string manipulation) You care about: Ownership: you easily communicate ideas, implement them, and take responsibility for your actions Helping others: sharing knowledge with your colleagues is on top of your priorities Fast-paced startups: you love adapting to different situations, and you know how and when to iterate fast and with high quality Our product: you believe in our vision, and are willing to give your best to build the future of Zenlaw What we offer you: Entrepreneurial responsibility and flat-hierarchies Ownership of your work Position 100% remote Open-minded variety of nationalities A collaborative, open workplace Team Events This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.
