Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React / React Native / AWS / EHR Integration / AI Enabled) Remote - Canada/ Remote/ India / US About the Role: We re seeking a Full Stack Software Developer (Contract) to help build and scale the FAIT (Food Allergy Intelligence Technology) app, an AI powered HIPAA compliant SaaS platform that streamlines how allergists test, treat, and monitor patients. The ideal candidate is fluent in React, React Native, AWS, and EHR system implementation, with a passion for integrating AI/ML workflows into real world healthcare applications. Core Responsibilities: • Design and develop modern, responsive interfaces using React and React Native • Build and maintain secure backend services using Node.js, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB or PostgreSQL • Architect and implement EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7 or similar frameworks) • Develop and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external use • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate predictive and intelligent features into the clinical workflow • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and monitor system performance via AWS Amplify, CloudWatch, and CodeBuild • Ensure HIPAA, SOC2, and healthcare data compliance across all environments • Contribute to architecture and scaling discussions as the product evolves Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in full stack development with production deployments • Proficiency in React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS cloud services • Hands-on experience with EHR implementation or healthcare data integration (FHIR/HL7 APIs, OAuth2.0) • Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control • Experience with AI/ML model integration (API consumption, data pipeline orchestration, or inference endpoints) • Familiarity with API-first design • Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (CloudFormation/Terraform) Preferred Experience: • Prior work in digital health, telemedicine, or clinical software environments • Experience building data pipelines for ML model training and deployment • Background working in HIPAA compliant infrastructure and secure mobile applications • Understanding of RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) or OIT (Oral Immunotherapy) workflows Apply tot his job
