Our client, a leader in the financial sector, is seeking a Vice President-level Full Stack Developer to join their product control technology team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the next-generation platform for financial PnL and valuation control by leveraging your expertise in Python (Django) and React. Based in vibrant Charlotte, NC, this permanent opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture in a regulated environment.

Key Skills We're Looking For
• Python (Django): Extensive experience in backend development, focusing on scalable and maintainable code.
• React: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks to ensure seamless, intuitive user interfaces.
• Enterprise Application Development: Prior experience crafting applications with complex workflow logic, audit trails, and approval mechanisms.
• Financial Expertise: Familiarity with financial products, PnL processes, and product control functions is preferred.
• Database Skills: Strong SQL and ORM tool know-how to manage data effectively.
• Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development methodologies.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive architectural designs.
• Additional Technologies: Experience with Databricks, Spark, and financial reporting platforms is a plus.
