Role Description

As a Full Stack Developer at TurnCare, you will develop information products that will be used internally to drive critical business decisions and by TurnCare’s customers to improve patient outcomes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that are the synthesis of data from multiple sources, such as proprietary medical devices, inventory tracking, accounting data, sales forecasts, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Front-End Development & UI/UX

Design user-friendly, data-rich interfaces and interactions.

Test products prior to release to ensure functionality and compatibility in a variety of browsers and screen sizes.

Back-End & Data Engineering

Integrate multiple data sources to provide efficient access to data and provide feedback / requests to other back-end teams to streamline necessary data.

Project Management & DevOps

Self-manage projects from development to production.

Contribute to documentation for requirements, behavior, and testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Integration

Collaborate with operational and organizational teams to iterate on new reports and updates to existing reports.

Collaborate with customer IT teams to integrate and configure products for their systems.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Requirements

BS or greater in software engineering, data analysis, or related field, (equivalent experience may be considered).

2 or more years of experience in data science or full-stack software development.

Experience developing data-intensive analytical reports.

Experience deploying and testing web services.

Strong front-end web skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js).

Familiarity with SQL (MySQL preferred).

Ability to communicate with both non-technical and technical teams.

Preferred & Important Skills

Experience with EMR systems and integrations a big plus

Familiarity with AWS ecosystem, especially deployment and configuration

Familiarity with technologies underlying SSO implementations

Data visualization/design

Performance tuning

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $165,000 annually
