Full Stack Developer

About the RoleKDCI Outsourcing is looking for an experienced PHP Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in working across the entire application stack — from designing a responsive user interface to building the powerful systems that run behind the scenes. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients achieve their business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain fast, secure, and user-friendly web applications.Work on both the front-end and back-end of applications.Design and develop features from planning to coding, testing, and deployment.Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and cloud services.Collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life and with project managers to ensure timely delivery.Review code, share best practices, and help improve development processes.Job Requirements5+ years of experience in web or software development.Proficiency in PHP and its frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB including database design and optimization.Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or similar.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).Experience working in outsourcing, BPO, or client-service environments.
