What You’ll Do As our first creative hire, you’ll be the go-to person for anything visual, interactive, or audience-facing. Some days you’ll be deep in Figma or Illustrator, others you’ll be coding a landing page, and others you’ll be producing content for social channels that makes people stop scrolling. You’ll work directly with the founders to bring our vision to life across product, marketing, and brand. This Role is For You If… You get just as excited about a clean Figma file as you do about seeing your design go live in Webflow. You’re equally comfortable choosing typography and tweaking CSS. You can switch between crafting an interface and crafting a social post without losing momentum. You want to be part of a small, exceptional team where everything you do matters. Key Responsibilities Design – Lead UI/UX for web and mobile; create brand visuals for website, decks, events, and campaigns. Light Development – Build and maintain marketing/landing pages and small interactive features using tools like Webflow, HTML/CSS, and low-code platforms. Social Media – Plan, design, and execute engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels to drive awareness and engagement. Brand Cohesion – Ensure a consistent look, feel, and voice across all customer touchpoints. Tool Implementation – Help set up and optimize systems and add new tools to the stack Founder Collaboration – Translate big-picture ideas into polished, tangible output across design, dev, and content. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience spanning design, light front-end dev, and content/social creation. A portfolio showing UI/UX, brand design, and digital projects. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, and comfort with low-code/no-code tools (Webflow, Squarespace, etc.). Working HTML/CSS skills; bonus for JavaScript familiarity. Experience creating and managing social media campaigns and content. Startup-ready mindset—scrappy, creative, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
