Scout Solutions is hiring a Full-Desk Recruiting Intern to help us build relationships with both clients and candidates across a variety of industries, including technology, operations, and business services. You’ll own both sides of the recruiting desk—sales and sourcing—while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.This is a remote, part-time internship with high learning potential and room to grow. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to develop new business, fill open roles, and deliver great results.Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
Reach out to prospective clients to offer staffing and recruiting solutions
Create job postings and marketing content to attract top talent
Build and manage candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn and job boards
Track activities and progress in our ATS/CRM
Conduct phone/video interviews and assessments
Learn full lifecycle recruiting and sales techniques from experienced recruiters
Participate in strategy sessions and weekly team stand-ups
Qualifications
0–2 years of recruiting, sales, or business development experience
Must have the ability and creativity to identify prospects and build candidate and sales pipelines for the recruitment industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Organized and able to juggle multiple roles and deadlines
Comfortable with cold outreach and learning how to close deals
Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like Zoom, ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, job boards
Degree not required; ideal for students or career changers looking to break into recruiting
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with commission-based sales
Familiarity with the recruiting/staffing industry
Exposure to technical recruiting or technical job roles
Expected salary: $10 - 15 per hour
