Growth Consultant (Sales & BD Recruiters) — Clients Provided | Recruiter Accelerator
About the Role
We’re hiring experienced Sales, Business Development, and Full Desk Recruiters to join Recruiter Accelerator (RA) as Growth Consultants.
In this role, you won’t be doing traditional recruiting alone. You’ll work closely with our marketing and growth team, supporting staffing firms with both client acquisition and revenue growth.
We provide the clients, systems, and support. You bring the execution and expertise.
What You’ll Do
• Work directly with staffing and recruitment companies as a Growth Consultant
• Collaborate with RA’s marketing team to convert inbound demand into clients
• Drive business development, sales, and/or full desk recruiting activities
• Help clients improve pipeline, conversions, and revenue
• Execute proven playbooks, outreach strategies, and sales processes
• Deliver measurable outcomes across assigned client engagements
How This Role Is Different

• No cold prospecting. You’ll work with qualified opportunities generated by our marketing team.
• Consultative Role
• You act as a growth partner, not just a recruiter.
• Team-Based Execution
• Work alongside marketing, strategy, and leadership teams to drive results.
• Focused Delivery
• Typically 1–2 client assignments at a time for high-quality execution.
Who You Are
• 3 years of experience in:
• Agency recruiting (full desk preferred), or
• Business development / sales within staffing
• Strong understanding of:
• Client acquisition in staffing
• Recruiting lifecycle and delivery
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to own outcomes, not just activity
• Experience working with US or global clients is a plus
