Key Responsibilities:

Ā Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Ā Industry Specialization: Utilize expertise in one or more of the specified domains (civil engineering, software engineering, legal, accounting, executive search, customer service, sales, etc.) to source and place top-tier candidates.
Ā Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, talent availability, and client requirements.
Ā Collaboration and Networking: Work collaboratively with team members and engage in networking to expand the business reach and candidate pool.
Ā Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Ā Recruiting Experience: At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Ā Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in building a personal book of business with a minimum of $400,000 in placements.
Ā Industry Expertise: Experience in one or more of the following domains: civil engineering, software engineering, legal, accounting, executive search, customer service, sales, or similar fields.
Ā Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence.
