Full Cycle Engineering Recrutier - $28+ per hour This role is exempt from over time after training. Pay will be based on a 40 hour work week after that period.

Oversee life-cycle recruiting activities (kick off to onboarding) for all levels/roles across AW. REQUIRED
Knowledge of Success Factors is preferred.
SKILLS Must have 3-5 years experience in full cycle Engineering recruitment; knowledge of sourcing candidates on various platforms; abilities to develop relationships both internally with hiring managers & HR and externally with candidates. Will need to be able to effectively manage various priorities and be organized in their work.
CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
THIS IS AN EXEMPT POSITION after one week of training and paid hourly during that time
