Status: M-F, Full-time Compensation: $21.00 Hourly + Monthly Bonus Responsibilities: • Build relationships with hiring managers; to connect regarding hiring needs and recruiting strategies • Manage relations between the HR Department and General Managers of branches • Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about each role • Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring priorities Qualifications: • Ability to set and achieve goals independently • Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals • Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person • Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge Benefits: Employees and their families can enroll in medical, dental, vision, disability, accident, and basic life insurance.
