Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with Property Management experience to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of bookkeeping, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the general ledger
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide support for tax preparation activities
- Handle other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned
Mandatory Requirements:
- Property management experience (REQUIRED)
- Vacation rental experience (a plus)
- Strong QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience (BOTH REQUIRED)
- Willing to learn trust accounting.
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel & Teams)
- Familiarity with governmental accounting is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3-5 years of related field experience (REQUIRED)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 35 per week
