In this fast-paced, physical role, you will be responsible for receiving inventory, stowing products, picking customer orders using scanners, packing boxes, and shipping them out. This role involves working with technology and machinery in a large, dynamic warehouse environment. Your Day-to-Day: Warehouse operations run 24/7. As an 'entry level' associate, you must have open availability. Your schedule could include a 'day shift' starting early morning or a 'night shift' running overnight. Full availability for 'weekend shift' work and holidays is required. Shifts are typically 10 hours long, four days a week. You will be on your feet, walking, lifting, and moving for your entire shift. Training & Onboarding: We provide paid, on-the-job training covering safety protocols, scanning technology, and specific process paths like Stow, Pick, and Pack. You'll also receive training on operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) like order pickers or forklifts if needed for your role, including working at heights up to 40 feet.
