Responsibilities
Assist customers with service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating complex problems as necessary.

Handle standard customer service activities and simple inquiries, participating in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

Respond promptly to issue escalations and provide necessary managerial approvals.

Review and record business transactions for assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.

Extract and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.

Prepare routine written communications and reports following detailed instructions, using standard office software.

Requirements
High School or General Education/Equivalency Diploma/GED certificate.
