Telehealth Nurse Care Coordinator (RN or LPN) - Remote Patient Monitoring We are looking for part time, full time, and PRN (as needed), RNs or LPNs to remotely monitor patients with chronic conditions. We are currently seeking nurses to join our team. This is a strictly commission-based role. Our nurses have a list of patients that they remotely monitor and communicate with on a regular basis.
