Responsibilities
ā¢ Take full responsibility for new client chart set-ups in the EHR.

ā¢ Accurately and efficiently verify insurance benefits and communicate them to clients.

ā¢ Track and follow-up on incomplete client paperwork and documents.

ā¢ Secure insurance pre-authorizations for all requested services.

ā¢ Support clients and clinical staff throughout their time at Affinity.
,
ā¢ Be a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable voice of the practice in all client communications.

ā¢ Utilize digital and electronic software for all office tasks.
,
ā¢ Look for and implement opportunities for improvement.
,
ā¢ Communicate with administrative team members easily and openly about progress and questions.

ā¢ Complete other tasks as needed.
Requirements
ā¢ Experience in a healthcare setting is required.

ā¢ Detail-oriented and independent work ethic.

ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

ā¢ Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
