Responsibilities
Ā Take full responsibility for new client chart set-ups in the EHR.

Ā Accurately and efficiently verify insurance benefits and communicate them to clients.

Ā Track and follow-up on incomplete client paperwork and documents.

Ā Secure insurance pre-authorizations for all requested services.

Ā Support clients and clinical staff throughout their time at Affinity.

Ā Be a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable voice of the practice in all client communications.

Ā Utilize digital and electronic software for all office tasks.

Ā Look for and implement opportunities for improvement.
,
Ā Communicate with administrative team members easily and openly about progress and questions.

Ā Complete other tasks as needed.
Requirements
Ā Experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Ā Detail-oriented and independent work ethic.

Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ā Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
